All orders placed on our website are dispatched Free of Charge using Royal Mail 48 delivery service. All items dispatched are tracked and scanned at point of delivery.

Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times the times listed below are those provided by Royal Mail, but due to the current Pandemic there may occasionally be delays in delivery times.

Shipping Information

All orders placed by 3.00pm Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day and all orders placed after 3.00pm Friday are dispatched on Monday.

UK Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery is sent using RM48 service and generally takes 2 working days but can take between 2 - 5 days - FREE

UK Next Working Day Delivery is sent using RM24 Tracked and will arrive on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday and arrive on the following working day - £3.50This cost is not refunded in the event of return of goods.

UK Special Delivery is sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day between 9.00am - 4.00pm. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday and arrive on the following working day - £7.95This cost is not refunded in the event of return of goods.

Overseas Delivery Options

EU Standard Delivery is sent using RM Tracked and Signed service and generally takes 7 -12 days - £6.95This cost is not refunded in the event of return of goods.

International Standard Delivery is is sent using RM Tracked and Signed service or RM Tracked or RM Signed subjct to availability in country of destination and generally takes 10 - 21 days - £8.95This cost is not refunded in the event of return of goods.

We do not charge VAT for any orders sent outside of the EU but you may have to pay customs tax when the order reaches your country, so please allow for extra time in receiving your product as this may delay your item until payment is made.
