Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

We hope that you love every purchase from us at The Labels Outlet, but if you do need to make a return then The Labels Outlet offer returns for all items excluding Intimate Apparel due to hygienic reasons. Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

All returns received back to our warehouse must have the tags attached and must be returned with their original packaging, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable, so please refrain from wearing deodorant or perfume when trying the products on. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note, if 30 days have expired from date of purchase then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available to UK customers. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size we are happy to exchange an item within the 30 day period from date of purchase with the exception of Intimate apparel. Items must have the tags attached and must be returned with their original packaging

Returns and Exchange Process

To help us deal with your return or exchange promptly please include a copy of the delivery note or please enclose your name inside the parcel so that we can trace the order.

Please note that All customers will need to pay for any postage costs incurred when returning items for a return or exchange.

Notes on items to be returned

Bras: We are happy for customers to try on bras and return them for a refund or exchange if they do not fit.

Men's and Ladies Intimate Apparel which includes Briefs and Shapewear: We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns or exchanges for any intimate apparel.

Clothing: We accept all clothing returns or exchange as long as they still have the original tags attached.
